When will I receive my order?
Most orders are processed and shipped within a few days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but typically range from 7–15 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes! You can cancel your order and receive a full refund as long as it hasn't been processed and shipped yet.
My order says “Delivered” but I didn’t receive anything. What should I do?
If your tracking shows the order as delivered but you didn’t receive it, we require a non-delivery certification from your local post office to investigate and proceed with a refund or replacement
What if my item arrives damaged?
We’re so sorry! If your product arrives damaged, please send us a photo or video as proof within 30 days of delivery. Once approved, we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the damaged item in most cases.
I received the wrong item or something is missing — what now?
Please contact us with photo or video evidence of the issue. Once we confirm the mistake, we’ll send the correct item or a full refund, no questions asked.
